Rachael Lythe
Originally from New Zealand, where she obtained a degree in French and Political Science from the University of Wellington, Rachael has been a resident of Whistler since 1996. She is an active participant in Whistler’s great outdoor lifestyle, and in the local community. An avid skier, mountain biker and Crossfit addict, Rachael is also mother to two great boys.
Believing in the importance of giving back to the community, Rachael is a well-known volunteer in Whistler’s cultural and educational circles, using her skills as a Royal Conversatory-trained pianist for local community choirs, and serving as an elected School Board Trustee.
The success of Sea to Sky Celebrations as an established event company has also allowed Rachael and her staff to donate time and expertise towards sponsoring local charity events, notably for such non-profit organizations as Zero Ceiling and the WAG Animal Shelter.
For Rachael, Whistler is the ideal paradise, where she can combine her many passions; a healthy outdoors lifestyle, active community work, a love for all things creative and for music, art, fashion and design. Her diverse talents have all been realized in the perfect package that is Sea to Sky Celebrations.
