Sea to Sky Celebrations is both a wedding planning company as well as provides design. All services include a complimentary design and décor consultation and preference with décor reservations.

As a company, there will be a lead planner, usually myself, Rachael Lythe, as well as others that assist me as needed on the day of your wedding. You are always guaranteed to have me available to you throughout the planning process and at least two go-to people including me for your wedding day itself. The number of Sea to Sky Celebrations staff present on your wedding day depends on the size of your wedding and the venue, and is already included in our package pricing.

All of our services Include:

• Unlimited email communication from the date we contract with you until the wedding date. We prefer to establish a great relationship with you over the months before the big day to ensure everything is seamless and reflects you.

• Design meeting(s) where we discuss your vision and create a proposal for design and décor.

• Rehearsal organization and management.

• Full set-up, management of the full event on the wedding day; tear-down of the event; return of items, gifts and anything else to your accommodation on the day or following day.

• The option to assist you with other events such as a rehearsal dinner, post-wedding brunch or organized activities.

*Décor is billed separately as we do not know your requirements at this time (unless you are booking one of our decor package services).
