All-Inclusive Pricing

THE INTIMATE: Couple + 5 Guests for the pricing of $12000 CAD
THE INTIMATE PLUS: Couple + 10 Guests for the pricing of $14000 CAD

The ultimate for a wedding experience you will never forget. Feast your eyes on breathtaking views as you are whisked up and up over endless alpine vistas to a pristine mountain peak. Beautiful, intimate and totally private, this is an unforgettable ‘top of the world’ option for your special celebration.

This Service Includes

  • Full-service wedding planning and wedding day management.
  • One helicopter trip per guest that includes, a 25minute scenic tour over the mountains and a 45 minute glacier landing for the ceremony, then return to the Heliport.
  • Professional Mountain Guide- required for your safety.
  • Officiant to perform your custom wedding ceremony and marriage legalization.
  • Two Witnesses to legalize your marriage license.
  • 4 hours of Professional Photography with our Principal Photographer or one of our preferred photographers + a fully edited, downloadable gallery sent to you and that you can share.
  • 2 hours of Professional Videography with one of our preferred videographers + edited video. Optional
  • Ensuite hair and Makeup for the Bride(s) including a hair trial/ makeup consultation. Optional
  • Manicure/ Pedicure for the Bride(s) (best the day before). Optional
  • Bridal Bouquet(s) for the Bride(s) and a Boutonniere(s) for the Groom(s). Optional Post-ceremony Sparkling Wine and/ or Non-Alcoholic Cider. Optional
  • Wedding Cake- your choice of flavour, filling, shape and colour, one or two tiers. Optional
  • Dinner reservations at your chosen restaurant and stylized decor for your table.

*Please note that dinner pricing is excluded from the Helicopter Adventure Package.

  • A detailed timeline of the event.
  • Pre-wedding day consultation, timeline review and escort to get your marriage license.
  • Transportation from your accommodation to the heliport and return.
  • Unlimited email + scheduled Phone/ Skype/ Facetime or WhatsApp calls.
  • Sea to Sky Celebrations on your wedding day from the time we drop off your flowers until we leave you to celebrate with each other at your intimate dinner.

*Please note that your passenger list will also include your photographer, videographer, officiant, planner and mountain guide.

This package may be customized with the removal of items above listed as optional only OR add-ons may be added to the package. See additional services tab above for details.

Marriage Licence

In order to be legally married you must obtain a marriage license in BC. As your wedding planner we are not able to do this for you as the applicant must be one of the couple getting married. You can get your license in Whistler at Municipal Hall and it would be our pleasure to escort you there. The cost of the license is $100 and they take all forms of payment.

Any changes?

This is important so please tell us!

We are understanding when guest counts change and that ‘small and intimate’ wedding for 10 suddenly takes on a life of its own and grows into a larger affair. We get it. Let us know as soon as possible, as changing numbers will affect everything including pricing and logistics. Then we can happily make the necessary adjustments for your big day.

All pricing is in Canadian currency

Please note that these packages are set pricing and customizable only if items are listed as optional or add-on services are required. The only items not included in the packages are accommodation and dinner pricing as these are too variable, however we assist you with these bookings.

Whether Summer or Winter, Whistler abounds in multiple gorgeous valley locations perfect for the smaller wedding. So we have settled on the Stone Circle and Log Cabin, perfect in all weather and seasons, for this option and we include a Municipal permit for the venue!
